Offering users more than 100 different cover page options the capability statements now live up to Bird & Bird’s Superbrand status.
Bird & Bird is one of the world’s leading international law firms. It has built its reputation by helping clients in technology, or businesses that are being transformed by the use of technology, achieve their commercial goals. Having driven substantial improvements in its marketing materials that helped elevate it to Superbrand status, the firm wanted to improve the standard of the capability statements. Brochet were asked by the marketing team to build a template to match the layouts from their designers. As part of the brand guidelines they wanted to be able to change the colours and brand icons in the documents which added up to 108 potential combinations for the front cover.
By creating two templates with easy to use options and editing tools we have given the users flexibility to be creative but remain within brand. This allows users to prepare client facing, branded documents within their Microsoft Word environment freeing up the in house designers to work on other projects.
