Law firms

Law firms are one of our most important client group. We have been
working with law firms since we started 16 years ago and many have been clients for ten years. As a result we have developed a broad knowledge of how they work.

As intensive users of Word law firms are very concerned with the opportuinites to improve the efficeincy of their work flows, as well as producing professional, branded letters and documentation.

Document management systems (DMS)

Compared to some of our other clients the driving force behind the use of legal word templates is a smooth integration with document management systems (DMS). We have experience with a range of different document management systems both using front or back end profiling. This can really increase the efficiency which boils down to the ability of a PA to get through more letters in the same time.

One-click printing

An additional efficiency feature is the one-click printing system we have created. Depending on the document's template (ie letter or report) the document print options can be:
1. send to a specific printer
2. send to mulitple printers (copies on different coloured paper)
3. uses the correct paper from the correct tray,
4. prints the correct version (ie final and/or draft)
5. set to automatically duplex.

Migrating to Office 2007 or 2010 and Worksite 8.3

During 2011 we have been involved in a number of large Microsoft Office 2010 migration projects for both new and existing legal clients. These projects have involved migrating their exisitng Office 2003 templates to Office 2010. All these client have their Word templates intergrated with Worksite and in many case have also been upgrading to the latest version of Worksite 8.3 (both SR 2 and SR 3).
